Pratt Electrical Group is expanding our residentialsolar and battery division , and we’re looking for experiencedSolar Sales Consultants who are ready to hit the ground running.

n

This is a100% remote role , giving you the flexibility to work from home while being supported by a growing sales, marketing and appointment-setting operation.

n

We’re investing heavily in lead generation, marketing and sales systems so our consultants can focus on what matters most —speaking with customers and closing sales.

n

Previous solar sales experience is essential. This is not an entry-level role.

Our aim is to provide our consultants withup to 5 booked appointments per day .

More appointments mean more genuine customer conversations, more opportunities to close and more opportunity to maximise your earnings every day.

Our marketing and appointment-setting teams work to keep opportunities flowing so you can spend more of your time doing what you do best —selling solar and battery solutions.

The Role n

You’ll speak with residential customers considering solar and battery solutions, understand their needs, design and present the right solution and take the opportunity through to sale.

n

We useOpenSolar for system design and proposals andGoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM and lead management.

n

Importantly, we give experienced consultants thecommercial flexibility to negotiate and structure their own deals .

n

Within our pricing framework, you have the freedom to work with the customer, set the right sell price and close the deal — without having to get approval for every move you make.

About You n

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Strong knowledge of solar and battery solutions

n

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

n

The ability to explain technical concepts in transparent, easy-to-understand language

n

Confidence running customer consultations and closing sales

n

Solid organisational and time-management skills

n

Excellent pipeline management and follow-up

n

Accurate CRM record-keeping

n

A professional, motivated and results-focused approach

n

The ability to work independently in a100% remote sales environment

n

Experience usingOpenSolar and GoHighLevel (GHL) will be highly regarded.

n
