We are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Trainer & Assessor to join our team and deliver training and assessment for:

CHC40221 / CHC40225 Certificate IV in School Based Education Support

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate training professional who is committed to delivering high-quality vocational education and supporting students to achieve successful outcomes.

n

This role is a full-time opportunity working 4 days during the week and Saturday morning (total 5 days/week).

Key responsibilities n

n
- Deliver engaging, structured and industry-relevant training and assessment.
n
- Develop a positive and supportive learning environment.
n
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, assessment outcomes and participation.
n
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
n
- Identify and support individual student learning needs.
n
- Maintain current industry knowledge and vocational competence.
n
- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement activities.
n
- Ensure training and assessment is delivered in accordance with ASQA requirements and the Standards for RTOs 2025 .
n

The successful candidate will have: nn
- CHC40221 Certificate IV in School Based Education Support qualification and relevant industry experience.
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or an equivalent current training and assessment credential.
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing vocational education and training.
n
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
n




- Current industry knowledge and evidence of ongoing professional development.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional training team.
n
- Understanding of competency-based training and assessment principles.
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to undertake work place visits
n
