Job Description

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Risk Capability Manager to develop and embed learning that strengthens risk maturity across the business.

This role requires strong experience delivering capability and training initiatives within a large-scale transformation program. Working with risk, compliance, program and business leaders, you will translate regulatory requirements and transformation outcomes into practical training, tools and sustainable ways of working.

Responsibilities n

Develop the risk learning strategy, roadmap, target audiences and delivery plan.

- n

Align capability initiatives with transformation milestones, regulatory requirements and business readiness.

- n

Design and curate risk training, including modules, presentations, recordings, toolkits and guides.

- n

Coordinate subject matter expert input and keep learning materials current.

n
- n

Manage training schedules, communications, logistics and learner support.

n
- n

Track attendance, completion and effectiveness, maintaining auditable governance records.

- n





Partner with senior stakeholders to support adoption of new frameworks, processes and ways of working.

n
- n

Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve training.

n

Demonstrated experience delivering learning and capability initiatives within a large-scale transformation program.

n
- n

Experience managing end-to-end regulatory, risk or compliance training programs.

n
- n

Solid learning design and content development skills across digital and facilitated formats.

n
- n

Experience supporting business readiness, change adoption and capability uplift.

n
- n

Experience delivering training at scale within a complex organisation.

n
- n

Ability to measure learning effectiveness using structured evaluation methods.

n
- n

Relevant tertiary qualification in business, learning and development, risk, compliance or a related discipline.
