nWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects valued between $1M-$10M , working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes from start to finish.n

- Manage retail fitout, refurbishment and new build projects valued $1M-$10M
n
- Take ownership of project delivery, programme, budget and client relationships
n
- Work alongside an experienced construction team with strong support and career progression
n
- Opportunity to build on your existing experience and step into larger and more complex projects
n
About You n
n
- Proven experience delivering commercial retail fitout/refurbishment projects
n
- New build experience highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of project delivery, subcontractor management and programming
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
- Contracts Administrators ready to take the next step into a PM role are encouraged to apply
