Job Description

LifeTec Australia is seeking a part-time Care Coordinator to support older Australians in Loch Sport and surrounds. You will partner with clients and families to tailor services, manage care plans, conduct assessments, and ensure compliant, respectful support.

Residency in Loch Sport or nearby is preferred. You’ll bring solid communication skills, organisation, and comfort with Microsoft Office and client management systems. Training and flexible hours are provided.
