Casual Team Members – Morning, Day & Evening Teams (Multiple Roles) n

Rosslyn Bay Wharf & Co. is reopening as a fish market, coffee counter, takeaway kitchen and bar, all in one place on the water. We're building our founding casual team across three shifts: Day Team (Coffee & Cold Food), and Evening Team (Fish & Chips, Bar & Floor).

Key responsibilities

n

Morning Team – Baristas: make great coffee for the early crowd of tradies, boaties and ferry passengers

n

Day Team – Counter & Cold Food: prepare and serve rolls, salads and cabinet food for the lunch trade

n

Day Team: take orders and payments, and keep the counter clean and stocked

n

Evening Team – Fish & Chips Crew: take orders, cook on the fryers and pack takeaway meals

n

Evening Team – Floor & Cleaning: clear tables, wash up, restock and help close the venue each night





n

About you

n

Reliable and on time, with a friendly, can-do attitude

n

Weekend availability (essential, as that's when we're busiest)

n

A Qld RSA for bar roles in the future

n

Food safety awareness, or a willingness to learn

n

Experience with cooking on the fryers and packing takeaway meals (Fish Market Team)

n

Barista experience preferred but not essential (Day Team)

n
