CrewSELECT is seeking a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join a growing technology and energy division specialising in remote monitoring, controls and distributed energy systems .

n

This is a genuinely hands-on graduate opportunity offering exposure to the complete lifecycle of electrical and energy systems. You’ll work across programming, installation, commissioning, remote monitoring, fault finding and system optimisation , both in the office and out in the field.

n

About the Role n

n
- Work across electrical engineering, automation, controls and remote monitoring
n
- Gain hands-on exposure to generators, batteries, solar and hybrid power systems
n
- Assist with programming, configuration, installation and commissioning
n
- Split your time between technical/engineering work and field-based project support
n
- Work closely with engineering, service, operations and sales teams
n

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Program, configure and commission monitoring hardware, controllers, sensors and communications equipment
n
- Troubleshoot electrical, controls and communications issues remotely and on site
n
- Assist with integration of generators, batteries, solar and hybrid energy systems
n
- Work with PLCs, Modbus, CANbus and industrial communication protocols
n
- Analyse alarms and operating data, complete technical reporting and support ongoing system improvements
n

Qualifications / Experience n

n




- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline
n
- Recently graduated or currently completing your final year
n
- Interest in automation, controls, telemetry, programming and energy systems
n
- Exposure to PLCs, SCADA, Modbus, CANbus, generators, batteries or solar is advantageous but not essential
n
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and a practical, hands-on approach to engineering
n
