Job Description

The Arnott's Group is seeking a Head of Employee Relations & Industrial Relations to lead our capability across The Arnott's Group, reporting to the Chief People Officer from our North Strathfield Head Office, with occasional time across the manufacturing network.

This high‑impact role will shape enterprise bargaining, governance and practical advice for leaders, balancing workforce engagement, risk and commercial outcomes in a unionised, award‑covered setting.
