Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Change & Adoption Consultant to drive enterprise-scale digital and cultural transformation across ANZ. You will lead change efforts for Microsoft 365, Copilot and Viva, shaping adoption strategies and measurable ROI while aligning with client strategy and user experience.

You’ll design sponsor alignment, manager enablement, communications and training, then track adoption metrics and value realisation, across multiple programs in complex environments.
