Job Description

As Branch Manager at Trimech, you'll take ownership of the overall operational, financial and people performance of your branch.

Key responsibilities n

- Lead, manage and develop your team
n
- Keep jobs and schedules moving
n
- Quote HVAC/R and associated works
n
- Make sure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably
n
- Keep an eye on margins and productivity
n
- Build robust relationships with existing customers
n
- Identify new opportunities and help grow the branch
n
- Oversee stock and day-to-day branch operations
n
- Work alongside the broader management team
n
- Look for better ways to do things
n

n

Ideally, you'll:

n

Have Air Conditioning/Refrigeration and/or Electrical trade experience
n Know how to lead, motivate and develop people
n Understand jobs, margins and profitability
n Be organised and able to keep multiple things moving
n Be comfortable dealing with customers
n Be confident making decisions
n Spot problems — and preferably solve them before they become bigger problems
n Have solid computer skills
n Hold a current's driver's licence
n Hold a current ARCtick licence where applicable
