Positions available Section Waiter (30h-38h per week) n

Monday- Friday $34.96, Saturday $41.96, Sunday $48.95, Public Holiday $66.75 + Super + Tips

What We’re Looking For n

n
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a premium restaurant or high-volume venue
n
- Strong knowledge of wine, and food
n
- Confidence in preparing drinks efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation
n




- Understanding of sequence of service and guest interaction in a premium venue
n
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to confidently make recommendations to guests
n
- WSET Level 1 or cocktail/wine knowledge preferred, but not essential
n
- Current RSA required
n
