We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Admin & Certification Coordinator to join our Sydney-based team.
About the Role n
This is a varied administration role supporting our certification and wider office operations. You will assist with keeping client information, documentation and day-to-day certification processes organised and up to date.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Preparing and assisting with client documents, proposals and correspondence
n
- Assisting with audit bookings and coordinating dates with clients and auditors
n
- Maintaining client records, databases, spreadsheets and electronic filing systems
n
- Assisting with audit plans, reports, certificates and other certification documentation
n
- Following up outstanding documents, payments, confirmations and information
n
- Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining client files
n
- Proofreading and checking documents for accuracy and completeness
n
- Updating internal registers and systems
n
- Communicating professionally with clients, auditors and other stakeholders via email and phone
n
- Tracking certification and audit deadlines
n
- Providing general administrative and office support to the team
n
About You n

The successful candidate will have:
n
n
- Previous administration, office support or coordination experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
n
- Good written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
n
- Good computer skills and confidence learning recent systems
n
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word (preferred but not essential)
n
- The ability to maintain accurate records and work with spreadsheets and databases
n
- Strong proofreading and document-checking skills
n
- A professional, positive and reliable attitude
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
n
- Previous experience in ISO certification or auditing is preferred but not essential, with training provided to the successful candidate.
n

A current and valid driver's licence is desirable.
