Job Description

Kinetic IT is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to provide hands-on end‑user support in a secure federal workplace and own escalated incidents across core infrastructure services, including devices, identity, networking and servers.

n

You’ll troubleshoot Microsoft identity, messaging and collaboration services, coordinate with SME engineering teams and vendors, document fixes and drive repeatable improvements in an onsite role requiring NV2 clearance.
