FinXL is seeking an Atlassian / Jira Specialist to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities n

Provide end-to-end administration, maintenance, and support for Jira Cloud and Confluence.

n
- n

Design, configure, and optimise custom Jira workflows, screen schemes, and permission schemes.

n
- n

Manage user access, project roles, and security spaces within Confluence and Jira environments.

n
- n

Troubleshoot system configuration issues and resolve platform support tickets efficiently.

n
- n

Partner with business teams to translate functional tracking needs into structured Jira schema.

n
- n

Maintain documentation guidelines and clean architecture within Confluence workspace.

n

Key Skills & Experience nn
- n

4 to 5 years of dedicated hands-on experience administering and supporting Jira Cloud.

n
- n





Strong technical expertise in Jira configuration, advanced workflows, fields, and custom schema.

n
- n

Proven experience managing and supporting Confluence spaces and user documentation structures.

n
- n

Solid understanding of access controls, user management, and permission schemes.

n
- n

Focused platform expertise dedicated to Atlassian tools without requiring outside technology stacks.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset for internal stakeholders.
