Due to continuous expansion of our business, we are seeking an experienced Factory Foreman.

The Person n

n
- Supervision/People management experience in a construction or factory setting
n
- Excellent work ethic and punctuality;
n
- Consistency and attention to detail;
n
- Trustworthy, reliable and excellent attitude;
n
- Self-motivation
n
- Ability to;
n
- Prioritise and think on your feet
n
- Work to production output quotas
n
- Communicate with people across multiple departments and give explicit direction to staff
n
- Maintain quality control systems to ensure excellent product quality
n
- Lead people and work well within a team
n




- Promote a positive customer service culture by delivering service excellence to both internal and external customers
n
- Focuson the efficient allocation of resources, including staff
n
- Implement continuous improvement in the areas of workplace safety, expenditure and people management
n
- Forklift Licence - optimal but not required.
n
- Experience working with glass - optimal but not required.
n

The Role nn
- Supervise team of 10-15, to ensure maximum productivity levels are achieved daily
n
- Communicate to your daily production requirements and staff allocation to achieve goals as a team
n
- Train to obtain the Knowledge/Ability to complete all process within your team and understand their requirements
n
- Reporting; periodic updates throughout the day and routinely to operations manager
n
- Conduct daily production meeting to set daily expectations and discuss safety updates
n
- Manage staff resources
n
- Identify and problem solve
n
- Lead by example
n
