This long-term career chance will see you working with a highly professional close knit and supportive team that strives to raise the bar in real estate industry. Start as an assistant PM, then transition yourself to a full-time Property Manager in 6 to 9 months based on performance.

Qualifications & experience n

Previous experience as a Property Manager preferred

n

Experience in using PropertyMe software preferred

n

Valid drivers license mandatory

Tasks & responsibilities n

n
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions
n
- Review and approve tenancy documentation including applications, agreements, and renewals
n
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and apply relevant legislation including the RTA and REIQ processes
n
- Prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
n




- Independently manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
n
- Monitor and manage rental arrears and implement recovery strategies
n
- Coordinate property maintenance for a portfolio of properties
n
- Handle tenant and landlord dispute resolution, including preparation and representation at QCAT
n
- Attend Open home inspections, building & pest inspections along with building inspector
n
- Conduct & attend pre settlement inspections on behalf of client
n
- Complete and document Entry and Exit Condition Reports accurately and thoroughly
n
- Schedule, conduct and document Routine Inspections accurately and thoroughly
n

Base salary + 12% super

n

Work from home until we get an office in Townsville
