Job Description

TMC Fine Jewellers in Australia is seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to own the growth strategy for a modern luxury jewellery brand with showroom presence in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

You will lead an in-house team to execute cohesive campaigns across CRM, digital, paid and organic channels, and drive measurable business impact in a founder-led workplace. This role requires strategic vision, people leadership and a data-driven mindset to prioritise initiatives and deliver results.
