- Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products in Australia, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.

- Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

- Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
n
- Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
n
- Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

Job Requirements nn
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.

- Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
n
- Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; solid customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
n
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
n
- Proficiency in English.
n
- Experience in the dental or medical device industry are strongly preferred.
