Early Childhood Educator's - Casual opportunities (Sandhills Early Childhood Centre)

We are looking for caring, nurturing and creative educators to join Sandhills Early Childhood Centre (Sandhills Early Childhood Centre - Byron Shire Council).

We are looking for: n

Sandhills Early Childhood Centre is a council-operated 59-place centre in the heart of Byron Bay with natural and welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces abundant with trees, wildlife, garden beds, rockeries and grassed areas.

We are looking for a casual Early Childhood Educator's to assist in delivering a nurturing, creative, engaging, and intentional program that enhances children's learning and development, strengthens partnerships with families and aligns with the National Quality Framework. We have casual opportunities available - in particular from now until end 2026.

You will: n

n




- work with a team of exceptional educators to implement the daily program in line with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning framework
n
- receive the Federal Government's early childhood worker retention payment (additional 10% of the base Children's Services award rate)
n
- you will be paid between $39.94/hour and $46.27/hour (based on experience and qualifications) plus the worker retention payment of about $6/hour
n
