- Sunday night: start 12:00am, finish 6:00am Monday
n
- Monday to Thursday nights: 10:30pm to 6:00am
n
- Your week finishes at 6:00am Friday, giving you Friday, Saturday, and most of Sunday off
n
What You’ll Need nn
- A current forklift licence. This is essential and applications without one can't be considered.
n
- A background in manufacturing, factory work, steel, sheet metal, or a similar hands-on environment
n
- Some exposure to laser cutting, CNC machinery, or machine operation is ideal, though extensive experience isn't necessary
n
- Familiarity with different metals and materials
n
- A mechanically minded, practical approach
n
- Reliability and comfort working permanent night shift
n
- A robust safety focus
n
- Willingness to learn and take direction
n
- A positive attitude and good teamwork
n
n
This role would suit someone who has worked in a factory, warehouse, steel, or sheet-metal environment, has the basic knowledge, and is looking for a business willing to invest in their development.
What’s On Offer n
n
- $28 per hour + 30% loading
n
- Pay and performance review after six months
n
- Around two months of paid day-shift training before moving to nights
n
- Hands-on training from an approachable Supervisor/Technician
n
- The chance to build CNC laser and advanced manufacturing skills
n
- Stable, consistent night-shift hours with long weekends
n
- A genuine opportunity to grow with the business
