Job Description

Fitness Passport seeks a Client Implementation Specialist to onboard a portfolio of employers, guiding surveys, sign-ups and program launches. You’ll be the steady hand for stakeholders from frontline to senior leadership, ensuring campaigns land and stay on track.

You’ll manage multiple accounts, identify at-risk items, and propose fixes while leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce and solid Excel skills to deliver measurable outcomes.
