Job Description
CGC Recruitment seeks an Head of Construction in Sydney to lead day-to-day operations of high-end residential homes and to develop a recent commercial/small-works stream. You'll report to the MD and shape strategy for client relationships, design problem solving, and value engineering.

You will set standards for site teams, manage budgets and risk, coach a management team, and ensure WHS and quality compliance while building a scalable operating structure for six to eight concurrent projects.
