Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Significant Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE

n

Reporting to the Clubs & Competitions Manager- Southern NSW, in this role you will:

n

n
- Plan and coordinate Association competitions in alignment with relevant Competition Administration agreements
n
- Be the central contact between Cricket NSW, the Association and clubs in relation to competition matters
n
- Coordination and maintenance of fixtures / draw on PlayHQ
n
- Liaise with councils to secure priority access to meet competition needs
n
- Collaborate internally to organise workshops to educate, inform and support clubs
n
- Planning and delivering Cricket NSW Direct Delivered competitions, ensuring all operational, logistical, and scheduling elements are effectively managed and executed in accordance with Cricket NSW standards and participation objectives.

- Previous administrative experience preferably administering competitons
n
- Ability to influence stakeholders
n
- Strong relationship building skills
n
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
n
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
n
- Ability to work irregular hours from time to time
