Job Description

Rojone Pty Limited, an established and agile company based in Ingleburn, is seeking a commercially-minded and detail-driven Management Accountant to join our finance team. In this pivotal, on-site role, you will oversee financial planning, monthly management reporting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities n

Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, journals, and financial statements

n

Develop and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasting

n

Support commercial decision-making by analyzing cost structures, pricing, and profitability

n

Conduct detailed financial variance analysis and prepare insightful reports for the leadership team

n

Ensure strict adherence to statutory, compliance, and taxation deadlines

n





Collaborate with the broader administrative and AR teams to streamline workflow

Desired Experience & Qualifications: n

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

n

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

n

Proven experience in a commercial Management Accounting or similar finance role within a manufacturing enviroment.

n

Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and familiarity with ERP preferably Microsoft Navision

n

Excellent organizational and time management skills

n

Capacity to commute daily to the Ingleburn, NSW location to directly work with our production team
