Senior Shopfitting Drafter – Microvellum & Revit Lead

Shopfit Co is one of Australia's fastest-growing commercial fitout and joinery groups, delivering complex hospitality, retail, medical and commercial projects across QLD, NSW and VIC. With our own in-house joinery manufacturing, we control quality from first sketch to final install, and we're known for precision, speed and technical excellence.

We're looking for an exceptional Microvellum and Revit drafter with proven shopfitting experience to lead our technical drawing, modelling and CNC documentation.

What you’ll do Drafting and technical n

n
- Produce shopfitting and joinery shop drawings to the highest standard
n
- Build detailed 3D models and production-ready documentation in Microvellum and Revit
n
- Create CNC-ready files and optimise material usage for cost and efficiency
n
- Manage and grow our Microvellum libraries, templates and technical standards
n

Leadership and production nn
- Work hand-in-hand with our factory, logistics, project managers and estimators
n
- Solve technical joinery and fitout challenges before they reach site
n
- Lead drawing quality, review buildability and mentor other drafters
n




- Propose value-engineering options that save time and money
n

Systems and improvement nn
- Develop drafting standards, QC checks, templates and automation
n
- Drive continuous improvement across our drafting systems
n

- 3–5+ years' shopfitting drafting experience (essential)
n
- Expert in Microvellum, with solid, proven Revit experience
n
- Strong knowledge of joinery, cabinetry and commercial fitouts
n
- A clear understanding of site conditions, buildability and production
n
- Fast, accurate, detail-obsessed and highly organised
n
- Able to lead, train others, set standards and juggle complex workloads
n
- Proactive, solutions-driven and commercially aware
n
- Energised by tight deadlines and a high-performance team
