SRG Hospitality is recruiting a Chef de Partie for The James at The Langham, Millers Point, Sydney. The role covers high-end dining experiences and a mix of café fare across a diverse portfolio.

The team values speed, accuracy, and HACCP compliance in a rapid-paced environment. Salary ranges from A$80,000 to A$90,000 plus superannuation, with weekend and public holiday availability expected.
