They're looking for a recent warehouse coordinator to join them in Marrickville.

Job Description: Warehouse Coordinator

Reporting to and working alongside the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for delivery of beer products to our valued customers across Sydney metro and the greater Sydney area, with occasional trips to the South and Central Coasts.

You will be coordinating the movements of a small team to manage order fulfilment, managing deliveries, overseeing vehicle management, and ensuring our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.

Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operating a forklift across two job sites, one standard forklift, one electric long reach 'picking' forklift.
- Operating two medium rigid vehicles on a weekly basis.
- Coordinating end-to-end order fulfilment - picking stock, loading vehicles, planning delivery runs, and dispatching products to meet customer requirements




- Scheduling staff rosters and managing a casual team to meet delivery demand
- Overseeing vehicle management including fleet maintenance schedules, registration renewals, driver licence tracking, and ensuring all vehicles are stocked and road-ready
- Managing stock levels, conducting spot checks, and communicating stock movements across the business
- Maintaining warehouse presentation to a high standard - clean, tidy, and compliant with company policy
- Upholding WHS legislation and carrying out regular workplace health and safety checks
- Using Carton Cloud for logistics coordination and Xero to access customer invoices
- Managing PODs (proof of delivery), filing delivery paperwork, and maintaining shared documents across interdepartmental platforms.
- Identifying efficiencies and bringing solutions to the table to continuously improve operations
- Understanding and engaging with the responsibility of being a B Corp Certified business, by contributing to achieving positive social impact through your team and departments goals.

Essential Qualifications

- ForkLift Licence (essential)
- MR Manual Drivers Licence (essential)
