UBI Painting is a second-generation family business with over 25 years in the industry, specialising in premium residential repaints, architectural homes and detailed restoration projects across Melbourne’s Bayside, Inner South/East and Mornington Peninsula.

With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, we are looking for two highly experienced and qualified painters to join our team long-term.

n

We work on premium homes where attention to detail matters. Workmanship, reliability, professionalism and culture fit are all essential.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR n

This role is for experienced career painters with a minimum of 8 years’ professional painting experience and a high-level understanding of the trade.

n

You must be confident in:

n

n
- Premium residential repaints and architectural new builds
n
- High-level interior and exterior preparation
n
- Detailed restoration and rectification work
n
- Consistently high-quality brush and roller finishes
n
- Sharp,



accurate and productive cutting-in
n
- Professional masking, protection and site preparation
n
- Machine sanding and dust-extraction systems
n
- Identifying defects and determining the correct preparation and rectification process
n
- Strong knowledge of different substrates, coating systems and correct application methods
n
- Assessing existing surfaces and determining the appropriate preparation and coating system required
n
- Understanding coating compatibility, recoat requirements and long-term coating performance
n
- Working efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard of workmanship
n
- Working independently and taking responsibility for the quality of your own work
n

n

Professional spray experience and experience with Festool equipment will be highly regarded.
