What will you be doing? n

n
- Supporting client-centred daily living through showering and other personal cares, meal management, and mobility assistance (including hoisting)
n
- Joining in on social and recreational activities
n
- Building genuine connections with clients and their families
n
- Keeping records and making sure the home is secure, clean, and welcoming
n
- Providing care to clients with support needs in relation to Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, diabetes, stoma care, pain management, cognitive impairments and intellectual disability.
n





What are we looking for? nn
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or similar)
n
- Experience working in disability or aged care
n
- First Aid + CPR, Driver’s Licence, and all the usual checks (NDIS, WWCC)
n
- You must be available across a 24/7 roster. Typical shifts are: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am (Active)
n
- Great communication skills and a positive, client and team attitude
n
- We are a registered NDIS provider
n
- Be part of a dedicated team supporting participants in a local SIL home in Tewantin
n
- Pay in accordance with SCHADS Award, level 2.1 or 2.2, depending on Qualification.
n
- We provide ongoing training and professional development
n
