As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting production by accurately picking, preparing, and assembling orders for dispatch and delivery. You will ensure all processes meet quality and regulatory standards, maintain protected manual handling practices, and contribute to a smooth daily workflow as part of a team. You'll play an important part in supporting the delivery of composite materials and production products that help advance the composite industry and help businesses compete.
Key responsibilities
Picking, packing and dispatching daily orders
Unloading containers and replenishing stock when needed
Assisting with customer pick-ups and liaising with the Manager
Creating and applying shipping labels correctly
Keeping the warehouse safe, organised and running smoothly
Stocktaking and general warehouse duties
About you
Previous warehouse experience — at least 1 year required
Physically fit and comfortable lifting some heavy stock regularly
Own reliable transport to get to work
Ability to work independently when needed
Demonstrated reliability and commitment to your role
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A practical, resourceful and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
