We’re expanding our sales team and are looking for motivated individuals at all experience levels — whether you’re a junior salesperson starting your automotive career or an experienced consultant ready to bring your expertise and energy to our busy Castle Hill dealership.

About the Role n

As a Sales Consultant , you’ll have the chance to offer our customers some of the best-selling car brands and be the face of the dealership - guiding customers from their first enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You’ll play a key role in matching customers with the right vehicle, ensuring every experience is professional, enjoyable, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities n

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

- Manage the full sales process - from initial enquiry through to final handover.

- Build strong relationships with new and returning customers.

- Prepare and complete all relevant sales documentation accurately.

- Work towards individual and team sales targets.

- Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and manufacturer programs.
