Join ITW Construction Products Asia Pacific and play a key role in protecting cash flow, strengthening customer relationships and supporting business performance. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will manage a designated debtor portfolio, drive collections outcomes and ensure accurate receivables processing across the business. Your work will directly contribute to revenue protection, customer satisfaction and ongoing process improvement.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.

What You Will Do: n

n
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and maintain debtor ledgers in line with company policy.
n
- Process and allocate incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
n
- Follow up outstanding accounts and build positive customer relationships to achieve collection targets.
n
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies and resolve account queries.
n Prepare and issue customer statements and accounts receivable reports.
n
- Monitor credit limits and overdue accounts, making recommendations to the Credit Manager.
n
- Process approved new account applications and maintain customer records.
n
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
n

What You Bring: nn
- 3+ years’ experience across the full Accounts Receivable function.
n
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, collections and credit practices.
n




- Experience managing debtor ledgers, cash allocation and account reconciliations.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
n
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
n
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented team environment.
n
- Microsoft Office skills and ideally exposure to Pronto ERP.
n
- Construction, manufacturing or industrial sector experience will be highly regarded.
n
