- Deliver service that stands out, creating memorable experiences for every customer

- Build robust trade relationships and expand engagement with our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program

- Share your expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions

- Create a store that shines, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards

- Lead a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for customers and team members
