Job Description

James Fisher and Sons is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support the employee lifecycle across Australian operations. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and advising managers on HR best practices.

Occasional travel to sites and collaboration with global teams across time zones are required. You will work in a true HR generalist capacity, contributing to HR policies, documentation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with Australian employment
