About the Opportunity n
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team on a full-time fixed-term contract.
n
This position is being offered on a 6 month full-time fixed-term contract, with the initial term dependent on business requirements and workforce demand.
n
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will partner with stakeholders across a national portfolio to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for a diverse range of professional, corporate and operational roles.
n

While your primary focus will be salaried and office-based positions, you will also support volume recruitment campaigns and frontline hiring initiatives when required.
About the Role n
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a national portfolio, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of professional, corporate and operational roles.
n
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across Australia to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
n
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
n
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools and proactive market mapping.
n
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments.
n
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service delivery.
n
- Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
n
- Support bulk recruitment campaigns,
project hiring and workforce ramp-up initiatives when required.Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future workforce needs.
n
- Provide market insights, recruitment updates and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
n
- Ensure recruitment activities are compliant, efficient and candidate focused.
n
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
- Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, Agency Recruitment or an RPO environment.
n
- Proven experience recruiting for professional, salaried or corporate positions.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
n
- Ability to confidently manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
n
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills.
n
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice.
n
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
n
- Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively manage competing priorities.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
n
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns will be highly regarded.
n
- Exposure to both white-collar and frontline recruitment environments will be advantageous.
