Global Service Pty Ltd t/a Miso Japanese Teishoku Restaurant is looking for a Japanese Chef with following details:

Responsibilities: Overall duties as Japanese Chef

- Developing new menu including estimating various costs for food and labour and coordinating supply of food stuff for kitchen
n
- Performing overall food preparation and directing kitchen staff
n
- Checking and ensuring quality and tastes of all dishes being prepared and cooked properly
n
- Conferring with other chefs, waiting staff and management on various food preparation issues
n
- Developing more effective cooking procedures and applying cooking skills and techniques
n

Qualifications

n

n
- At least diploma (including Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery) in Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience as a Japanese chef
n
- At least 3 years’ work experience as a Japanese chef
n
- Excellent cooking expertise in Japanese cuisine
n

n

$80000 plus super, annual leave, sick leave
