Job Description

GLH Recruitment is seeking a General Manager – Care for a standalone residential aged care home in Gippsland, Victoria. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead clinical governance, quality and risk while shaping the care culture and strategy across the home.

The role requires current AHPRA RN registration and senior clinical leadership in aged care, with the ability to drive improvements and engage staff, residents and the community in meaningful, person-centred care.
