Job Description
Smile Partners Australia is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to convert patient enquiries into booked consultations. You will manage inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries, capture patient details, and turn enquiries into appointments.

This early team member will help refine call guides and workflows as the model grows. The role operates on a rostered shift, Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm initially, expanding as the centre scales.
