Fox & Lillie operates two core businesses in wool. Fox & Lillie is the company's wool trading and export business, and Fox & Lillie Rural is the company's rural services business. Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 16 regional wool stores located throughout NSW, Victoria and South Australia.

About the Role

We are looking for a Store Person at our Show Floor.

The roles are 1 Full time and 1 Casual Monday to Friday hours between 07:00am – 3:30pm and includes:

- Wool Handling – Samples of wool for display and sale
- General wool store operations including pressing and marking of wool bales
- Assisting Show Floor visitors and staff
- Conducting in-depth tours of the Show Floor when required
- locating samples in our storage system
- Ensuring a clean and tidy workspace
- Setting up lot plates for weekly sales
- Daily accurate receivals, testing, record keeping and shipping of wool




- Helping out where required with the Wool Store
- Being a positive team player
- Setting up and packing up of auction and private sale sample lots

About you

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Has a can-do attitude and is team player.
- Is physically able to complete the inherent requirements of the role. Including lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying.
- Conscientious attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Brings great communication and customer service skills.
- Desire to join a small team and be a positive contributor to the work environment
- Demonstrated ability to follow best practice handling processes and adhere to all company Work Health and Safety procedures.
- Wool classing or Wool handling experience advantageous
- Must have Australian Work Rights for ongoing employment
