Integer IT is looking for an experienced SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to join our team on the beautiful NSW Mid North Coast .

You will lead projects, solve complex technical issues, support other engineers and help deliver contemporary Microsoft cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

You’ll work directly with clients to design and deliver modern Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Purview and emerging Microsoft AI technologies .

Your role will include n

n
- Work with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
n
- Manage Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management
n
- Implement Microsoft Defender and Microsoft security solutions
n
- Lead Microsoft 365 and cloud migration projects
n
- Lead SharePoint engagements and migrations , best practice for future efficiency and workflow gains
n
- Document management and workflow automation
n
- Execute Essential Eight or other security uplift projects
n
- Handle complex Level 3 escalations
n
- Perform project scoping, implementation and customer handover
n
- Support and mentor other technical staff
n

About you nn
- 5+ years of commercial IT experience
n
- Strong MSP, project engineering or senior support experience




n
- Confident working directly with customers with excellent client communication skills
n
- Ability to take ownership of projects and troubleshoot complex technical environments
n
- Relevant Microsoft certifications highly regarded
n
- Proven practical experience
n
- Available for immediate start
n

What we are looking for nn
- Ideally, you will have 5+ years of commercial IT experience, with strong MSP, project engineering or senior support experience.
n
- You should be confident working directly with customers, taking ownership of projects and troubleshooting complex technical environments.
n
- Relevant Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded, although proven practical experience is just as important.
n
- You won't be stuck supporting the same environment every day.
n
- You’ll work with different organisations, industries and technologies, with opportunities to design solutions, solve real business problems, influence new services and continue developing your Microsoft expertise .
