The Role:

- n

Process bookkeeping transactions and account reconciliations

n

nn
- n

Prepare and lodge IAS and BAS obligations

n

nn
- n

Manage payroll setup, processing and compliance requirements

n

nn
- n

Prepare tailored management and financial reports for clients

n

nn
- n

Provide Xero support and assistance to clients

n

nn
- n

Respond to client bookkeeping and payroll enquiries

n

nn
- n

Liaise with the ATO and external stakeholders as required

n

nn
- n

Assist with maintaining accurate client records and financial data

n

nn
- n

Support process improvements and efficient workflow management

n

n

About You:

n

n
- n

Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience within public practice or business services

n

nn
- n

Strong Xero and payroll experience

n

nn
- n

Previous BAS and IAS preparation experience

n

nn
- n





Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

n

nn
- n

Strong organisational and time management skills

n

nn
- n

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

- n

Professional and confident client communication skills

Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude

Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team environment
