Junction Support Services in regional Victoria is seeking a Homes First Case Manager to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness to secure and maintain secure, stable housing through Housing First, trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.

In this full-time maximum term role based in Wangaratta until 30 June 2027, you will assess needs, develop support plans, advocate, connect clients with health and community services, and contribute to supervision and professional
