We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our MECCA Miranda store in NSW on a full-time, fixed term basis ending in Nov 2027.

Day-to-day responsibilities: nn

Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience

Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team

Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role: nn

Prior experience managing a large format retail setting where you inspire and educate large teams

Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
