ABOUT THE POSITION.
n
nReporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of diverse projects across Canberra, ranging from $50M to $100M in value. In your role as Project Manager, you will take a key leadership position in managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the client s budgetary requirements.n
DUTIES. n

- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
n




- Develop and oversee project schedules to building specification and standards
n
- Deliver clear and timely project updates and reports to senior management
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. n
n

n
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
n
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on a range of projects
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships
n
- Familiarity with Procore is desirable but not mandatory
n
