Job Description

Team Leader to manage Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in Western Sydney. You'll lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sites
n
- Ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and compliant
n
- Leading the development and review of person-centred support plans
n
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with policy and system requirements
n
- Supporting clients during NDIS planning and review meetings
n
- Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices where required
n
- Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance and engagement
n
- Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Scheduling teams
n

About you nn
- 2-3 years leadership experience in the disability sector
n




- Willingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
n
- Excellent organisational, communication and coaching skills
n
- Hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles
n
- Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
n
