Job Description

Lives Lived Well is seeking a compassionate AOD Support Worker for Chambers Flat, Logan. This part time ongoing role covers 3:00pm–8:00pm, Monday to Friday, across Logan House Rehabilitation and Logan Family Recovery, helping residents and families on their recovery journey.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide structured programs, wellbeing activities, and supportive care, while maintaining accurate records and fostering a safe environment.
