An experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor (Full time and part time) who can take responsibility for overseeing multiple sites and supporting growing operations.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Supervise and manage cleaning teams across multiple sites
n
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
n
- Ensure cleaning scopes and client requirements are followed
n
- Train and support cleaners and team leaders
n
- Manage staff performance and attendance
n
- Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts
n
- Complete inspection reports, photos and rectification reports
n
- Monitor cleaning standards, chemicals and consumables
n
- Assist with rostering and operational planning
n
- Respond to urgent operational issues when required
n

- Ability to work independently and make decisions

- A professional and reliable attitude
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Police Check / WWCC where required
