We are seeking compassionate and motivated Assistant in Nursing staff to become integral members of our Rehabilitation Ward on a casual basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering patient-centred care in a rapid-paced acute hospital environment. The successful candidates will be caring, reliable, and passionate about patient care.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and patient observations
n
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive ward environment
n
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families
n
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility
n
- Accurately document care and communicate changes in patient condition
n
About You nn
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or be currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year Registered Nursing student
n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with complex medical needs
n
- Commitment to maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
n
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
n
Remuneration n
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from$28.92 - $31.74 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications,
exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW Assistant in Nursing/Midwifery gr1-gr4)
