We are an independent, Australian owned and operated Fire Protection Company established in 1971, with extensive history and experience in the industry. We supply, install and maintain a large range of fire protection services across a diverse range of properties, markets and industries.

About the Position n

As a service coordinator, you will be working independently & with an experienced team to facilitate the delivery of service and maintenance of fire equipment & services.

The right person will receive training and support to grow in this role & further their career in the fire protection industry.

Duties n

- Scheduling & allocation of works
n
- Processing of technicians reports & defects
n
- Quotations
n




- Client Relations
n
- Related Administration Tasks
n

The ideal candidate would have: nn
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
n
- Fire Industry Knowledge
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
- Good communication and time management skills
n
- Experience with Uptick or similar industry based platform
n
