- Day shift 6am to 2pm (Monday - Friday) and some weekend work available.

- Pay rate of $34.79ph (including casual loading).

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Wharf employee to join their client in Port Melbourne, VIC. The site is a sea terminal for the storage and movement of motor vehicles.

n

The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, and this position may also require the candidate to work at the Truganina site, when required. The ideal candidate will be someone who is mechanically minded or have a hobby around cars and modifications.

Duties and responsibilities involved/ requirements: n

- Moving vehicles around the car slots and undercover storage areas.
n
- Interior inspection of the vehicle.
n
- Inspecting vehicles for any damage.
n
- Test all electronics including radio, dash system, AC, lights.
n
- Check tyre pressure and fluid leaks.
n
- Use of hoist and car jacks.
n

Qualifications / Experience: nn




- Must have a FULL Australian Drivers License - Manual experience is an advantage.
n
- Car washing & detailing experience is an advantage.
n
- Mechanically minded.
n
- Must pass a police check.
n
- Reliability & Punctuality.
n
- Available to work at the Truganina site when required.
n
- Available Monday to Friday + OT.
n
- Strong attention to detail.
n
- Physically fit.
n
